Appointment Cancellation Notice
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A $50 fee may apply for non-attendance or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment.
If you cannot attend, please contact Playford Medical Centre as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
