APPOINTMENTS
Book online via the “Book Now” tab or call (08) 8101 3321. A standard appointment is 10 minutes and covers 1–2 simple issues. For complex or multiple concerns, please request a long consultation. We’ll do our best to book you with your preferred doctor. Urgent and walk-in appointments are accepted where possible, though emergencies take priority. If delays occur, our staff will contact you promptly.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All new patients are asked to complete a registration form before their first consultation. To support the best possible care, please let us know your cultural background. If you’re an existing patient, please update us on any changes to your contact, Medicare, address, or emergency details at your next visit or by calling our friendly reception team. We are committed to protecting your privacy—all medical records are kept strictly confidential and are never shared without your consent.
AFTER HOURS ARRANGEMENTS
In an emergency, please call 000 immediately. When the clinic is closed, the National Home Doctor Service provides care for our patients. To book an after-hours appointment, call 13SICK (13 7425).
